Making Açaí Bowls At Home

I know I’m late to the game because Açaí bowls have been popular for a while now BUT I just had my first one a few weeks ago. I’ve been hooked ever since. I figured, if I like this bowl so much, I should learn how to make it.  It’s now my go-to in the mornings because it is simple to make, refreshing, and satisfying.

I love that just one Açaí frozen puree packet is enough for two servings. One for me, one for you!


1 frozen ripe banana

Unsweetened Açaí frozen puree packet (I like the one’s from Trader Joe’s)

1-2 tbsp of raw honey

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

¾-1  cup of water

Coconut flakes


1 ripe banana

3 strawberries


Slice frozen banana into 2 inch pieces and add into blender along with açaí frozen puree, honey, raspberries, and water. Blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into two bowls.

Top with granola, coconut flakes, strawberries, and bananas.

Recipe notes:

Water can be substituted for any kind of milk or yogurt.
