Laura Bowles


Born and raised in Chattanooga,TN, as a little girl, the term “organic” meant going out back and harvesting corn, peas, tomatoes, squash, etc. from the garden for my grandmother (God rest her soul) to be included in whatever dish or dishes that were on the menu for dinner that night. Fast forward to today and now I am the one who mainly prepares the meals for my family. From preparing pureed baby food combinations to toddler meals/snacks, I believe when we give our kids wholesome, organic ingredients right from the start, we are setting them up for a healthy journey from the inside out.


The charity I’d like to highlight is Big Brothers Big Sisters.
