Jen Fisch is a creative director, food blogger and single mom who lives in Hermosa Beach, CA. Jen has lived all over America throughout her life; calling ten different states home. But, she is happy to call the beaches of Southern California her home (for now)! She shares her life with her 13 year old daughter Kaia, who is a 6’ tall club volleyball player, S.T.E.A.M. genius, and beautiful soul.

In January 2018, Jen released her international best selling cookbook, The Easy 5-Ingredient Ketogenic Diet Cookbook, which features 130 super simple low carb and high fat recipes. Jen first came to the keto way of eating in January of 2016, as a means to combat the inflammation in her body due to two autoimmune disorders; Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. She is passionate about demonstrating a proactive approach to wellness and helping other people find solutions that will allow them to lead rich, full lives even with health issues.

Jen shares her life and food on her Instagram account @ketointhecity_ and her blog When she’s not in the kitchen, Jen is the Executive Creative Director at an Experiential Marketing Agency in Los Angeles. She is tasked with creating concepts for the biggest brands in the world, and has found great success in a profession that is overwhelming male.  She began as a Junior Art Director the week she turned 21 and has been pitching ideas ever since.

Cooking became Jen’s creative release after stressful days in the advertising world. Food, family, friends and travel are the outlets in which she decompresses. As a GoInspo Contributor Jen is excited to combine all of her passions and share tips on how to live a colorful life; full of risk, reward and inspiration.

The charity I would like to highlight is Girls Inc. My daughter attended Girls Inc. when we lived in Santa Fe, NM and I absolutely love what they do to empower all girls to be strong, smart & bold.
